October – Employee of the Month
Ms. Rachael McCain has been a devoted caregiver for most of her life. She is the mother of 4 boys, grandmother to 4 granddaughters, and has served as a private caregiver for the last 23 years. She is currently our families’ first impression of our community on the phone, and the first masked smiling face our residents see at the front desk.
She is very committed to service in her church, supporting seniors and those in need. She was born in New Mexico, grew up in Texas, and has been in Alabama for the last 23 years. We are blessed to have her on our team here at Regency Retirement Village of Birmingham.
