Marcus came to Regency after he had been a caregiver for his uncle for about two years. He did not want him to be alone or not have someone to look out for him. His uncle had a stroke and Marcus saw his need for support in his daily living.
Marcus is nominated as our Employee of the Month for April for supporting the nurses and residents on our second shift at a time when we needed his extra hands. He did so without complaint. We as a team recognize his support and rising to shine for our residents when he is needed.
